What counts as one credit?

One credit submits one new single-location client listing campaign. Drafts do not consume credits, and update requests for managed clients do not consume credits.

Are updates included?

Yes. Updates to existing managed clients are included with an active subscription and do not consume credits.

Do included credits roll over?

No. Growth includes 5 credits per billing cycle, and unused included credits reset at the next billing cycle.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. LocalEdge Pro does not guarantee rankings. Third-party platforms control ranking, verification, approval, publication timing, and rejection decisions.

How fast is turnaround?

The target average is 72 hours for the first listing to go live, with a maximum target of 1 week. Awaiting documents, awaiting verification, platform delays, rejections, or inaccurate data can extend timing.

Do you support multi-location businesses?

V1 supports single-location businesses only. Each new single-location campaign consumes one credit.

Can my client log in?

No. LocalEdge Pro is built for agencies and agency team members. There is no client login in v1.
